compact and good-sized rooms with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel tv, some with magnificent views. favourable and unbeatable location, only a short distance to history museum.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

The location
The indifference of the hotel staff. We were given a room, which was heavily stinking of cigarettes, despite our request for a "non-smoking room". We were then moved to another room upon our request.

Charming atmosphere. We enjoyed the comfortable room with fine views and the warm ambiance during breakfast that offered a variety of delicious foods every morning.

Convenient location with a 10 minute walk passing excellent shopping facilities to the lakeside which offered many boat trips and the location of the funicular
Lacking comfortable lounge area. No poolside furniture during our stay at end of April. No tea/coffee making facilities in room

Gorgeous hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its particularly good and absolutely perfect location.
Got Wheelchair Accessible room with a shower rather than a bath and ac was ok, as example as expected. The staff was pleasant and welcoming all the time. The service was good in my opinion.

Nice looking place, I thoroughly enjoyed pleasant personnel.
I booked guest room with a shower rather than a bath, great views, for instance which turned out to be a nicely furnished room. The private parking was on-site, excellent service.
